Australian Open to Continue without Spectators.

Melbourne, Feb11: Due to fresh outbreak of COVID-19 at a quarintained hotel in Victoria, Australian Open tennis tournament will continue without crowds for the next five days, after the state of Victoria was placed under a snap lockdown from Friday to control a fresh second wave outbreak of COVID-19 and control the sprade of virus.
As per the organisers, "Australian Open sessions today and tonight will continue as planned with COVID safe protocols in place,"

"We are notifying ticket holders, players and staff that there will be no fans onsite at the AO for five days, commencing from Saturday 13 February." and the event to continue uninterrupted as per plan.
